MARION ERRICKSON HAMPTON, 83, of Freehold died Feb. 11 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Born in Millstone Township, she had lived in Belmar before moving to Freehold 40 years ago. Mrs. Hampton was a factory worker for Radio Switch Corp., Marlboro, for 18 years before retiring in 1975. She was a member of Molly Pitcher Chapter No. 198, Order of the Eastern Star; and the St. Rose of Lima Senior Citizens Club, both of Freehold. Her husband, Donald H. Hampton, died in 1991. Her first husband, Henry L, Schiff, died in 1961. Interment was held at Monmouth Memorial Park, Tinton Falls.

FRANCES MORAN SCHROEDER, 84, of Lakewood died Jan. 27 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in New York City, she had lived in Cliffside Park and Toms River before moving to Lakewood. Mrs. Schroeder was a product inspector for Maxwell House Coffee, Hoboken. She was a member of United Food and Commercial Workers Local No. 56. She was a former communicant of the St. Paulist Fathers Roman Catholic Church, New York City. Mrs. Schroeder is survived by her husband of 39 years, George J.; two sons, Stephen C. Hornik Sr. of Jackson and Bruce W. Hornik of Cream Ridge; two daughters, Patricia Hornik Limozinere of Howell and Marta Lande Jacobs of Toms River; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. The funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Perrineville section of Millstone, followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold.
