Council names senior Scouts to board

The Monmouth Council Girl Scouts Board of Directors recently named four senior Girl Scouts who will serve on the board for 2004. The Scouts are Caitlyn Leach, Freehold; Emma Fawcett, Howell; Catherine Nickels, Fair Haven and Lipica Shah, Clarksburg section of Millstone.
