Auditions

Brookdale Community College will hold open auditions for "The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood." The presentation for children will take Robin and his Merry Men on a comical trip through Sherwood Forest. To audition, no prepared monologue is required. The community is welcome to audition, but Brookdale students will have priority in both auditioning and casting. Auditions will be held Feb. 19 at 6 p.m. and Feb. 22 at 3 p.m. at the Brookdale Performing Arts Center (park in lot 1 or 2). Production dates are April 17 and 24 at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., and April 18 and 25 at 2 p.m. To set up an audition date and time, call Sue Carle at the PAC box office, (732) 224-2411.

First Avenue Playhouse will hold auditions for its production of "Harvey" Feb. 24 and 25 at 7:30 p.m. at the playhouse, 123 First Ave., Atlantic Highlands. The production will be in April. Needed are six men and six women, ages 20s and up. Scripts will be provided. Details: (732) 291-7552.

Marlboro Players will hold open auditions for its spring production of Neil Simon’s "Lost in Yonkers." Needed are boys ages 13-17; women ages mid-30s to 70; and men ages 40s-50s. Auditions will be held March 3 and 4 from 8:30-10 p.m. at Frank Dugan School, Topanemus Road, Marlboro. Call-backs will be March 9, and the show will open in early May. Details: (732) 972-7217.
