Obituaries Marti A. Cina Mrs. Cina, 51, of Morganville, died Dec. 31 at home. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she had lived in Manalapan for 20 years before moving to Morganville two years ago. Mrs. Cina was a teacher at Chesterbrook Academy, Manalapan, for the past eight years. She was a communicant of St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church and a former member of the Gordons Corner Fire Company Auxiliary, both of Manalapan. Mrs. Cina is survived by her husband, Louis Cina; a son, Louis Cina Jr. of Morganville; two daughters, Christina Cina of Toms River and Stephanie Cina of Morganville; and a sister, Connie Schmidt of Florida. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold, Wednesday 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral liturgy will be celebrated at St. Thomas More Church, 186 Gordons Corner Road, Thursday at 10 a.m.
Dorothy Peleszak Mrs. Peleszak, 87, of Smyrna, Tenn., died Dec. 30 at Peachtree Nursing Center, Smyrna. Born in Jersey City, she had lived in Freehold for many years before moving to Tennessee in 1993. Mrs. Peleszak was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Freehold, where she was a member of Circle 4. She was also a dual member of Bound Brook Chapter No. 94, Order of the Eastern Star, and Molly Pitcher Chapter No. 198, Order of the Eastern Star, Freehold. She was a member of the American Legion Post No. 54 Auxiliary, Freehold; Farmingdale Grange No. 157; and the Freehold Township Senior Citizens. Mrs. Peleszak was predeceased by her husband, Anthony Peleszak, in 1990. She is survived by a son, Dennis L Thorne; a daughter, Barbara D. Thorne Mobus of Smyrna, Tenn.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandsons. Funeral services will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center St., Freehold, at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Interment will follow at Lake Nelson Memorial Park, Piscataway.
Anne E. Rondinone Vivenzio Mrs. Vivenzio, 84, of Spotswood, died Dec. 20 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. She was a factory worker at E.R. Squibb & Sons, New Brunswick, for 20 years, retiring in 1984. She was also a member of the company’s Retiree Club. Mrs. Vivenzio was predeceased by her husband, Francis, in 1997; and eight siblings. She is survived by three sons and one daughter-in-law, Philip F. Vivenzio of Milltown, Francis Vivenzio of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Richard and Linda Vivenzio of Millstone; a daughter and son-in-law, Janet and George DiBella of Henderson, Nev.; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, Spotswood, followed by interment at Chestnut Hill Cemetery, East Brunswick. The Brunswick Memorial Funeral Home, East Brunswick, was in charge of arrangements.
