It wasn't the best weather for golfers to kick off the first two-day tournament of Junior Golf America's summer tour. The rain and wind were heavy at times on Monday and Tuesday (June 26 and 27) at the Stanton Ridge Country Club and the Heron Glen Golf Club. Neither was enough to stop David Santiago of Allentown. The seventh-grader from Allentown Middle School finished third in the Boys 12-13 Group. He shot a 192 overall.
