For the Record

An article in the Aug. 10 Examiner titled "Wagner Farm Lane residents say no to utility poles," which appeared on page 3, mistakenly attributed certain quotes to the wrong individuals. It was Timothy McDonald, not his wife, Eileen, who said, "If both of us said no, [then] who said yes?" and "We want them to get it done and to get it done on time." Also, the date in the quote "As of Aug. 7, we never heard from anyone except through this letter" should have read Aug. 3, and it was Linda Sacchetti, not Eileen McDonald, who made that statement. In addition, Eileen McDonald said she spoke to a township employee over the phone about the person who had been cutting back some trees on her property, not to the actual person who had been cutting them back. We regret the errors.
