Veterans group is open to veterans of all eras

The Veterans of the Vietnam War Inc. and The Veterans Coalition, Millstone-Jackson Post 03 will meet April 10 at 7:30 p.m. at the Millstone Elks lodge.

All honorably discharged U.S. military veterans from all eras and current serving military are invited to join. New Jersey veterans benefits guides will be handed out. Free Support Our Troops stickers are also available while they last.

Attendees should bring a copy of their DD-214 or discharge certificate. Those currently serving in the military need only show their ID. Dues are $25 per year, (dues waived for current serving military). Life membership is $200. Veterans of the Vietnam War and The Veterans Coalition programs include veterans assistance, public school education programs, POW-MIA awareness, homeless veterans assistance through the United Veterans Beacon House program, military support packages, community support, and veterans national honor guard.
