Presentation aims to keep community kids drug free The Upper Freehold/Allentown Alliance to Prevent Alcoholism and Drug Abuse will host a one-hour interactive presentation at 7 p.m. Oct. 23 at the Allentown High School auditorium, 27 High St. "The 15-Minute Child Break" will focus on the benefits of communicating with children about substance abuse. Kids who communicate regularly with their parents about their daily activities are 67 percent less likely to be involved in substance abuse than children who have little or no communication, according to the press release.
