Roosevelt PTA to hold winter carnival March 1 Roosevelt Public School, 2 School Lane, Roosevelt, will hold a winter carnival from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 1. There will be games, food, crafts and an auction with donations from many local businesses. Tickets will be sold at the door and families are welcome.
