Scouts to host Venture Crew program on May 5 Millstone Township Boy Scouts of America Troop 116 is holding an information meeting about a new Venture Crew program at 6:30 p.m. May 5 at the Millstone Primary School, Schoolhouse Road. Venturing is a youth development program of the Boy Scouts that is open to young men and women who are 14 through 20 years of age. Its purpose is to provide positive experiences to help young people mature and become responsible and caring adults.
