Marianna J. Blanco Mrs. Blanco, 52, a resident of Manalapan for 20 years, died Dec. 17, 2008, at home. She was a unit leader for Pomptonian Food Service at Pine Brook School and volunteered at Taylor Mills School for 16 years. Mrs. Blanco was predeceased by her father, Aniello DiSpigna, and her father-in-law, Peter Blanco. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, John; three daughters, Theresa of New York City, and Melissa and Christina of Manalapan; her mother, Filomena DiSpigna of Brooklyn; a brother, Vito DiSpigna of Jackson; sister and brother-in-law, Elizabeth and George Gallaro of Brooklyn; mother-in-law, Theresa Blanco of Toms River; a sister and brother-in-law, Joanne and John Lant of Jackson; and many nieces and nephews. A funeral liturgy was celebrated on at St. Thomas More Church, Manalapan, followed by entombment at St. Gabriel's Mausoleum, Marlboro. Memorial donations may be made to Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, 1275 York Avenue, New York, NY 10021. The Freeman Funeral Home, Manalapan, was in charge of arrangements. |
